In the event your cutter needs service, we will troubleshoot with remote technical support.
We will send free spare parts via USPS as needed and enable you to repair your cutter within the warranty period identified above.
Blades and PTFE cutting strips are considered wear parts and not covered under warranty.
Scratches on deckplates and other normal cosmetic wear excluded.
In the event your cutter cannot be serviced remotely and it needs to be brought in for service you are responsible for shipping in both directions after 120 days. We highly recommend purchasing shipping tags from us at cost as our shipping rates are less than what a non-volume customer would pay. Contact us for a quote.
We highly recommend saving the packaging for your cutter for as long as possible.
Once we receive your cutter, we will repair it, clean it, test it at no charge during the warranty term.
In the extremely unlikely event that your cutter cannot be repaired, we will replace your unit with another same or better refurbished or new model at our discretion.
Cutters being returned from 31 days to 120 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
