Add a fun chalk-ready surface to any cotton, poly, or uncoated nylon fabric.
Presses on fast just like the ThermoFlex®Turbo and will show off any chalk writing until you wipe it away.
Applies to: Cotton, Uncoated Polyester, Fabric Blends, Spandex, Lycra, Wool, Linen, and Nylon (see different pressing instructions below).
Application Instructions for Cotton, Polyester, and Cotton/Polyester Blends
Blade – 45°
Cut – Mirror image
Temp – 270° F
Pressure – Medium, even
Time – Prepress garment for 5 seconds, then add material and press 5 seconds
Peel – Warm, cover with silicone sheet and repress for 10 seconds
Care – Wash inside-out, normal settings. Do not exceed 212° F in the dryer. Suitable for dry-cleaning.
Application Instructions for Nylon
Blade – 45°
Cut – Mirror image
Temp – 300° F
Pressure – Low, even
Time – Prepress garment for 5 seconds, then add material and press 5 seconds
Peel – Warm, cover with silicone sheet and repress for 10 seconds
Care – Wash inside-out, normal settings. Do not exceed 212° F in the dryer. Suitable for dry-cleaning.
